		The following supplies and terms of payment are recognized by placing of orders or assumtion of the delivery.
		Our offer is always reserved remainingly, intermediate sale, a delivery commitment of our page does not exist

Delivery/ dispatch:
		The dispatch of KB CARP HUNTER PRODUCTS occurs on risk of the customer.
		The transport company is immediately to inform about possible complaints or damage incurred during transits. A loss or reduction of the products is to be borne by the customer (provided that the protractor is not to be made liable)

Lack claims / sending backs::
		Customer`s complaints must occur within 24 hours to reception of the product and need the written form. We offer repair in the case of justified complaints. Further rights, in particular transformation, reduction or compensation is not entitled to the customer.
		Money back assurance does not exist for special rates and special offers and is not valid for resellers.
		Sending back must be sent freely. Other sending backs are not needed to be accepted by us

Price
		All costumer prizes include 16% tax

Changes and errors:
		No liability assumed. We assume no liability for mistakes.
		Changes in quality and price fixing remain unlimited, separated information is not needed.

Payments / place of performance:
		The bills of all deliveries are immediately to pay without outlet from discount . The payment normally occurs by C.O.D. or pre-cash on one of our accounts.
		The entire product remains our unlimited estate up to complete payment.
		Place of performance is through- 49124 Georgsmarienhuette.
		Venue for both parties is D-49186 Bad Iburg.

Data storage:
		The customer takes knowledge that we store all necessary data for the purpose of automatic and manual fabrication.
		The customer might refuse at a separated information according to the data security law.

With these conditions are placing of orders valid as accepted- with appearance of this schedule of prices, all other schedules of prices become invalid!
